Reltio has been running mission-critical MDM for Fortune 500 customers for over a decade. If your data plane handles billions of records, processes hundreds of source streams, and has to survive ten years of organizational change, Reltio has the scar tissue. Golden Suite is younger — designed for the 99% of MDM workloads that fit comfortably under that ceiling, but the upper end is genuinely Reltio territory today.

Reltio ships native connectors for legacy ESB systems, SAP, Oracle, Workday, and the long tail of enterprise software a Fortune 500 actually runs on. If your stack has a 30-year mainframe at the back, Reltio has thought about that integration. If your procurement department won't approve any vendor without a current Type 2 report, Reltio has it and Golden Suite doesn't yet — our attestation is in progress. goldenmatch is MIT-licensed on GitHub. Read every scorer. Run our benchmarks. Fork it. Self-host the engine standalone if you want. Your matching logic is never trapped in a proprietary system you can't inspect or migrate away from. Reltio's matching algorithms are proprietary; if you need to understand why a specific match fired, you file a support ticket.
Cryptographic audit chain
Every audit row is hashed (SHA-256) and chained to the previous row in a per-org chain. You can verify the integrity of the entire audit trail end-to-end — no single row can be modified or deleted without breaking the chain. Reltio has an audit log; it does not have cryptographic chaining. For regulated industries that need to *prove* the audit trail wasn't tampered with, this matters.
