What counts as a source?
Every connected data feed — one CSV upload, one Postgres database, one Salesforce instance — is one source. Each
golden_sources row.What's a concurrent pipeline?
A tool run in
pending or running status. Free runs one at a time; Pro queues up to 5 simultaneously.Can I downgrade from Pro to Free?
Yes, anytime. Existing data stays. If you're over the new tier's limits, the excess sources go read-only until you delete or re-upgrade.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Full export available before cancellation. Data retained 30 days post-cancellation, then permanently deleted.
Do you offer annual billing?
Not yet. Monthly only — easy to start, easy to leave. Annual coming once we have a track record worth committing to.
The product
Is the engine really open source?
Yes — github.com/benseverndev-oss/goldenmatch, MIT-licensed. The same package powers the hosted workbench. Inspect every scorer, fork it, or self-host the engine standalone.
Can I self-host the platform?
The OSS engine runs anywhere. The hosted platform (workbench, audit chain, multi-tenancy, Arq queue, connectors) is the commercial wrapper. Enterprise customers can negotiate a self-hosted platform deployment.
Compliance & data
Is this SOC2 compliant?
The cryptographic audit chain (Phase 5.5-B) is the technical foundation. Formal SOC2 Type 2 attestation is in progress; current control mapping is available under NDA. Talk to sales for the latest.
How is tenant data isolated?
Postgres-level
org_id filters on every read and write, JWT-bound to your Clerk organization, append-only audit chain per-org with chained SHA-256 hashes — verifiable end-to-end via the audit-log UI.What's PPRL?
